Our Gradpak is seeing outstanding results in improving user experience and the event planning processes in universities around Australia. Our GradPak makes things simple for our clients with intuitive data processing and uploading, allowing organisers to input student data in bulk or batches utilising Excel spreadsheets. Then all you need to do is share your unique URL with students to start booking.
After ordering, the software supplies graduates with university branded order PDFs. Any pre-booked service and all its information is easily scanned through a QR code via the dedicated GradPak iOS application. Best yet, all bookings and status are updated in real-time, keeping everything running smoothly.

Reed Events offer studio portraiture for graduates and their guests, VIP photography of graduation officials and speakers, and on-stage photography.
Our photographers are tertiary qualified and possess years of professional experience. Our studios feature state-of-the-art photographic equipment, professional lighting and a variety of backdrops.
We offer a number of individual poses and as many family and friends portraits as the client requires.
Our post-production team ensures each image is carefully edited and quality controlled before delivery to the client.
Specialist retouching is applied to all portrait prints to correct any colour imperfections, remove blemishes, eliminate light glare on glasses and correct small details.
VIP
We offer photography of graduation officials, VIP guests and speakers as part of our service.
This service may be during the ceremony as well as at VIP events and functions afterwards.
ON-STAGE PHOTOGRAPHY
Our photographer is stationed discreetly near the front of the ceremony, photographing every graduate as they are presented with their testamur

All our photographers are highly qualified and equipped with state of the art equipment, and when the time comes to place your order, our revolutionary online system makes everything happens in a matter of minutes.
Stage Videos
A moving memory
Reed Events works closely with universities’ audio / visual, technical, networking, venues and administration staff to deliver seamless video services. We provide high-definition 1080p recording and basic post-production editing of title sequence. Videos are available for purchase on USB immediately after the ceremony.
LIVE STREAMING
We provide live web streaming for local and overseas graduates and families unable to attend graduation events. Families can login and watch live via the dedicated Reed Events Livestream page

Plaques- Classic or Contemporary
Reed Events offer a range of plaques, that come in a variety of popular size and style options.
Our plaques are made in-house.
Plaque options include a number of sizes, plaque materials and polished plate options in gold or silver finishes.
Frames- Quality and Value
Reed Events offers a degree framing service at the venue on graduation days. This allows us to frame graduate degrees and certificates on the spot.
Our frames come in a range of moulding colours and include a gold-trimmed mat and university crest embossing.
Graduates may purchase single or double certificate frames, as well as a frame to include a certificate and a photograph.
Bears & Flowers
Our bears are dressed with a ribbon reflecting the graduate’s own faculty colours. All bear prices include a quality lapel pin.
Exclusive to Reed Events, we provide wholesale supply of the kangaroo, puppy and panda styles, with more styles to come.
